The Drilling Rig Operations Programme (DROP) provides young persons 18-35 years, with technical/vocational skills-training in Drilling Rig Operations, such as Drilling Rig Roustabout, Drilling Rig Roughneck, Drilling Fluids and Circulation System and Drilling Rig Safety Management Operations; thus equipping them with the requisite skills and competencies to obtain gainful employment in the Oil and Gas sector.
